When you have tried every way to keep yourself happy and feeling good about yourself, you will still be empty.
The things of this life do not satisfy us, or fulfil the inner longing for a relationship that is deep and strong. God gave us marriage to provide for this desire, and how wonderful to be able to love and care for a precious person or our whole lives.
Yet still, this blessing is not enough, as we are are spiritual beings that last forever and are made for the mighty God, to be his sons and daughters.
The Bible says that JESUS is the bridegroom and all his glorious people are his bride and on that last great wedding day, there will be such a party of Joy and delight, that knows no end.
